h2 A few bad habits

* loud typing...learned on typewriters
* using the wrong analogy with a technology...using email as chat or texting as email
* wiki addiction...using wikis for everything
* data security...are coffee chats the similar to digital communications?

h2 Mental Models 
* these are the models that we have about systems. An individual may have constructed an inaccurate model from what they see from a system. Designers of the system may want to encourage the users to develop certain ~~conceptual models~~ by manipulating the ~~system's image~~.
